The Position

As Senior IT QA, you will be responsible to coordinate the IT QA activities for the Corporate IT (India and Denmark) and for IT systems/services/projects in own portfolio. You will provide IT QA subject matter expert (SME) support for System/Service/Project Managers and SMEs in optimal use of quality related processes (including the use of external partners) to meet business challenges. You will be trusted to fulfil below responsibilities:

• Ensure fulfilment of Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities and IT QA support for IT systems/services/projects in own portfolio (as agreed with QA management), hereunder approval of quality documents, advise on quality matters, and assistance in closing compliance gaps found in audits and inspections.
• Provide coaching and set direction for IT employees in quality and compliance tasks/issues or stakeholder matters.
• Act as Line of Business QA for IT and support IT Quality management team in implementing the IT QA related strategic goals.
• Drive organisational change management activities anchored in Corporate IT QA.
• Fulfilment of IT QA responsibilities for the systems/services and projects in own portfolio, advising IT Projects in quality matters thereby contribute to achievement of project goals.

Qualification

• 12 years of experience in the filed of BE, M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality).
• 3+ years as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor or equivalent IT quality auditing experience.
• 5+ years of practical experience in GxP areas.
• 3+ years of experience in IT governance for IT projects with exposure to regulatory affairs or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in participating audits and inspections including finding solutions to compliance gaps identified in audit findings.
• Working experience in providing IT quality advisory for emerging technologies like cloud infrastructure, robotics, AI/ML.
• Excellent knowledge on regulatory requirements as well as internal requirements to keep systems in compliance.
• Excellent knowledge in core pharma GXP requirements (GLP, GMP and GCP, etc) as well as internal requirements to keep systems in compliance.

About the Department

IT QA Department in India is an extended unit of Denmark with about 20 experienced IT Quality Advisors who constantly challenge, raise the bars and support different system/service portfolios across Global IT. We are responsible for managing ITQA tasks for corporate GxP IT systems, Robotics, Infrastructure and other latest digital solutions like AI/ML. We focus on providing high-quality services using simple and agile processes to ensure compliance. In IT QA department we have highly motivated, engaged, and independent colleagues working in multinational environment where we challenge, share our knowledge and actively maintain an open culture.
