Your Career Palo Alto Network is seeking talented individuals to solve the most pressing and challenging projects and enhancements to implement as part of the SAP SD, Billing and Revenue Analyst will design and build SAP based solutions to support NPI projects, processes and to continuously improve system capabilities. Product Manager will act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, define requirements and implement new projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, independent, and highly organized, has strong technical, configuration skills, project management, communication, and brings a combination of business acumen and technical architecture. The incumbent is responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP applications, working closely with cross-functional, technical, and business teams to design and implement solutions that are flexible, scalable, and reusable. The role will report to the Sr. Manager ERP Solutions. Our office-based roles in India work from their respective location at least four days per week. Our team in India has grown significantly over the last few years and working together in person helps us all build deeper relationships and trust that accelerate our work, allow us to feel safer in taking risks and being disruptive, and increase the speed to work through issues and ideas informally. The days of the week are decided at a team level, and the hours remain flexible within reason. Your Impact

• Understand business processes and business requirements and translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases
• Design, and configure SAP SD, Billing and Revenue modules
• Design and implement and support SAP Billing Plans (Periodic and Milestone billing) for Hardware and Subscription services
• Design, and configure SAP SD, Billing and Revenue modules to support business processes that increase productivity and operational efficiency
• Build functional specifications and work with technical team to implement the development changes
• Validate and communicate technical build to internal and external team members, test solutions and ensure it meets Requirements
• Build unit and integration test scenarios and work with development teams to execute E2E test scenarios
• Coordinate with business users to support UAT process
• Create and maintain project documentation of the projects and process implemented

Qualifications
Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree or any technical degree or equivalent military experience required
• 5+ year of SAP SD, Billing and Revenue experience - Must have skills
• Expert in configuring SAP Sales & Distribution, Quote to cash processes like item categories, schedule lines, Pricing, Billing, Idocs, order management, Contracts, Account Managements, Availability, Credit Management, Database table knowledge, Consignment Process, Inter-company sales, Special business processes in SD
• Experience in designing, configuring and supporting SAP Billing Plans (Periodic and Milestone bill plans) - Must have skills
• Should have knowledge of integration with CRM (SalesForce) - Also, should be able to understand the APIs getting connected with other interfacing systems
• Design, configure, develop and implement SAP functional modules - Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms - Utilizes SAP functional knowledge for issues and implementation opportunities
• Good hands-on experience on ABAP debugging
• Exposure in MM, FI, RAR Module
• Nice to have SAP GTS experience
