Apply Now!About the DepartmentDigital, Data & IT (DD&IT) is a team of 1000+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT GBS India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. SAP Development & Integration CoE department is an integral part of the DD&IT GBS and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance of SAP platforms, MuleSoft, Kafka, etc., for all Regions in Novo Nordisk.The PositionAs Senior IT Developer, you will be responsible for Develop & Operational Support for SAP PI/PO (process integration) (process orchestration) and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) as per business needs within the area of enterprise integration. You will act as SME for SAP PI/PO and CPI solutioning in projects and work on development and support of new platform. SAP PO & CPI are GxP platforms that currently manages the interfaces for critical Novo Nordisk applications. Your key responsibility shall be to:

  • Develop and support operations for SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI in design, specify, implement, test and document A2A (Application to Application) and B2B (Business to Business) integrations on the global Novo Nordisk SAP PI/PO & SAP CPI respectively. Support onboard projects to SAP PI/PO & SAP CPI and provide assistance in solution design, documentation, test activities, Compliance alignment, troubleshooting integration and communicate complex issues with key stakeholders & LOBs.
  • Work as SME for SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.
  • Support SAP PI/PO and CPI System Management in understanding the requirement, involved in architecture discussions and provide technical expertise.
  • Support in raising new change requests related to integration, interfaces, and data management as needed.
  • Work closely with system manager and integration architects to improve the SAP PO/CPI service. You will review efforts quoted by Vendor and challenge solutions proposed in case they do not follow the required standards.

Qualification
  • Computer Science Master or bachelor\'s degree or comparable degree in IT or relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • 12+ years of IT experience including a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience developing on SAP PI/PO and CPI. Must have at least 5 years hands on experience in CPI.
  • Knowledge on other integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Kafka would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with Global IT, LoB IT organisations and users.
  • High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
  • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with stakeholders at the highest organisational level.
  • Must have excellent communication skills. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision.
