Summary of Position:IT Systems Software Analysis & Programming focuses on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications). The work includes: \xe2\x80\xa2Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System \xe2\x80\xa2Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts \xe2\x80\xa2Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization\xe2\x80\x99s IT platform/infrastructure \xe2\x80\xa2Configuring, customizing, diagnosing, and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults \xe2\x80\xa2Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and codePosition Overview: The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders. This role focuses on Salesforce.com development and requires experience in UX/UI design. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT systems and business processes, and the ability to translate complex business practices into actionable technical requirements. This position will act as a liaison between the development team and business product owners, providing subject matter expertise on business processes when the product owner is not available.Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business product owners and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Act as the business process expert for Salesforce.com, providing insights and clarifications to enhance the integration and utilization of Salesforce.com solutions.
• Solution Design & Integration: Work closely with development teams to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements. Act as a liaison to facilitate communication, ensuring that functionalities are aligned with business needs and integrated effectively with other IT systems. Provide guidance and clarification on Salesforce.com functionalities and requirements to both the development team and business stakeholders.
• UX/UI Design: Lead the UX/UI design process for IT solutions, creating intuitive and effective user interfaces. Experience with Figma is preferred but not required.
• Systems Specifications: Develop and configure system specifications to address business requirements and fit with the company\'s system architecture standards, including Salesforce.com.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure that software compliance standards are met and that Salesforce.com solutions adhere to these standards.
• System Interfaces: Evaluate interfaces between systems and operational requirements, including how Salesforce.com integrates with other systems.
• System Parameters: Establish and document system parameters and formats, ensuring system compatibility with Salesforce.com and coordinating modifications as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Ensure that Salesforce.com processes are aligned with these improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and design mockups related to Salesforce.com and other IT solutions.
• Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the development team and business product owners to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues. Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and Salesforce.com when needed.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com development and customization, including system specifications and integration.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design, with Figma experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, use case development, and requirements elicitation.
• Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
• Experience with change management and training initiatives.
