As an Advanced IT Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Integration.
• Configure Salesforce using flows, validation rules, Reports and Dashboards, Object and Field Management, and user management.
• Manage a DevOps process with version control systems and provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture with a focus on Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) including system integrations, data architecture, and familiarity with emerging CRM trends.
• Strong programming skills in Salesforce using Apex and LWC with good experience with CI/CD tools such as Flosum/Copado.
• Experience in designing integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Mulesoft (Preferred).
• Experience in data security and compliance, including familiarity with security protocols and technologies like SAML and OAuth2.0.
• Good to have experience in data-related technologies and languages (e.g., SQL, SOQL) and familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake.
• Experience in planning and executing medium and small-scale projects across multiple platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving projects to completion.

About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT operations, including system management, project management, infrastructure management, compliance management, security management, process management, and vendor management. As part of the Commercial IT department, you will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to deliver projects and manage systems.
