Senior IT Analyst - SAP CPQAbout the RoleSenior IT Analyst - SAP CPQ serves as the SAP technical developer and functional support for the business in the SAP configure, price, and quoting (CPQ) processes. The selected individual will work with the business leaders to collect, understand, and analyze business demands in a systematic and proactive way. This position will be responsible for technical development, functional development, and process support for projects, change requests, and or issues in the Configure, Price, and Quoting (CPQ) space.What You Will Do

• Creating project deliverables including conceptual designs, techno-functional specifications, system configuration, development, and documentation for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, break-fix, forms, and workflow as they relate to SAP CPQ.
• Work with other cross functional teams during development and configuration activities to ensure impacts on SAP Order to Cash areas are evaluated and implemented while following SAP best practices as well as deliver to aggressive timelines.
• Functional knowledge of Order to Cash Process, good understanding of the SAP C/4HANA Product Suite and how SAP CPQ fits and works with other C/4HANA products like SAP Commerce, C4C, and S4 HANA
• Strong configuration skills in SAP CPQ to implement out of the box best practice functionalities.
• Hands on experience on Simple Products, Configurable Products (VC), Quotes, Approvals, Workflows, Document Generation templates, CTX tags and Formula builders, Quote Calculations, Attribute Containers.
• Good knowledge of integrations using standard and custom methods using CPI as the middleware.
• Good knowledge of SAP CPS engine.
• Preferable to have integration experience with other cloud products like MS Dynamics.
• Good knowledge of coding with Iron Python to customize the standard SAP CPQ functionalities using Global scripts, Local scripts, custom Actions, and Triggers.
• Provide project and team leadership in group activities.
• Act as an IT liaison with business users to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the design and execution of test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives.
• Own and resolve SAP CPQ tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Including being the first line of defense for emergency incidents
• Act as developer/technical project lead related to mergers, acquisitions, or carve-out activities.
• Implements high quality code and configuration to meet stated business requirements.
• Individual will be responsible for analysis, prototype, integration, unit testing, and support.
• Work with business and IT teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
• Extensive experience in web technologies (Java, JavaScript, Python, Knockout JS, Angular framework, Web services & Integrations), DBMS (eg Oracle), ETL (eg Informatica).
• Techno-Functional capabilities include: - Configure Price Quote, Order to Cash - Cross Channel Order Fulfillment - Available to Promise (ATP) - Pricing - Promotion Management & Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Contracts.

• Minimum of 6 years practical, hands-on experience with SAP in the following areas: CPQ, Sales and Distribution, Service Orders, and Contract Management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience implementing and deploying SAP across different business locations.
• Demonstrated skills and expertise in SAP CPQ solution development and design.
• Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of complete Sales and Distribution module execution.

• Knowledge of e-commerce and MS Dynamics CRM a big plus
• SAP Certified Associate \xe2\x80\x93 CPQ
• ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Foundation certification.
