Project goals include automation testing of the video and audio content and other services available via digital media players using a custom test automation framework. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing development (3+ years of experience in IOT test automation) Strong knowledge and experience in Python Experience in developing and supporting testing frameworks and developing automated test scripts Understanding of Page Object pattern, knowledge of other automation patterns Good working knowledge of at least one Linux/Unix-based platform as well as Windows Experience in QA methodologies, a clear understanding of QA processes and artifacts Experience with hardware automation Excellent written and verbal English communication skills developed interpersonal skills hands-on experience with automation systems solid programming experience with Python Experienced in developing test plans and test cases Good debugging skills, verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of continuous integration tools (Jenkins/Hudson, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle) Hands on experience and proficiency in Linux/Unix systems Hands on experience with developing and testing Web services Experience working with remote teams Preferably: Experience in IoT devices like smart home solutions, etc Experience working with Raspberry Pi or other Mini-Computer boards. Knowledge of wireless communication protocols Bluetooth, zigbee, wifi, LoraWAN, TCP/IP, HTTP, Websockets, MQTT, CoAP Job Responsibilities Candidates with solid experience in automation framework development, and a desire to try new things are welcomed. IoT test automation -Preferably. Responsibilities: Working with the solid automation test framework and infrastructure Developing new and updating existing automation scripts Developing and updating framework methods and controllers.
