We are E3 Wellness Pvt Ltd Delhi HR department. We have an opening Sr. Interior Designer in our Company for Okhla Phase 2, Delhi Location.
Will be responsible for designing interior spaces, assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product / Services.
Will be responsible for customer relationship & walk in client services, product promotion & branding and frontline business development & marketing activities
Responsible for handling customer complaint and resolution.
Responsible for managing client relationships,
Conduct initial meeting with the client, understand their equipment.
Visit the site & understand site conditions.
Conceptualize & design the space as per the site and client equipment.
Responsible for managing client relationships, the person should have consultative approach, when discussing with client.
As a self-motivated senior designer with strong Sketch up/CAD skills,
To own Customer Experience during the on boarding journey.
Generate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furnituresystems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), colour palettes, and lightingWork with multiple teams and support concurrent processes invarying phases of project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelors DegreeB.Des Interior Design or related field
5+ years of related experience as an interior designer with a strong background in workspace design and corporate interiors
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and conceptualize designs accordingly
Outstanding graphic presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively
Strong knowledge of Adobe, AutoCad Sketch-Up and/or 3-D Studio Max
In-depth furniture knowledge
Material and price knowledge for the furniture
Quality and excellence in design, management and technical ability
Client facing ability with excellent communication and presentation skills
