Job Description

:

1. Client Sourcing and Sales:

Source potential clients for interior design projects.

Utilize the given database to pitch interior design services to prospective clients.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients to secure new projects.

2. Quotation and Budget Management:

Generate detailed quotations tailored to clients' requirements and budget constraints.

Ensure quotations are competitive and aligned with company pricing strategies.

3. Project Onboarding and Field Work:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

Initiate and oversee field work to ensure project requirements are met.

4. Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Design Development:

Develop AutoCAD and 3D visuals, perspective renderings, and layout plans with detailed specifications.

Create and draft GFC (Good for Construction) working drawings with precise detailing.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with inter-departmental teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Assist in the selection and sourcing of furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and other design elements that align with the overall design concept.

7. Execution and Detailing:

Ensure all design elements meet client specifications and budget constraints.

Independently handle projects from start to finish, demonstrating excellent project management and design detailing skills.
