The Senior Intelligence Analyst, assigned to a specific client, serves as the subject matter expert on all intelligence-related tasks including processes, support requirements, technical aspects, and operational methods. The Senior Analyst will serve as the team lead of junior to mid-level intelligence analysts, managing day-to-day production and leading intelligence planning and product dissemination to the client. The Analyst supports global security, executive protection, event security, incident management, and travel security operations teams in a shift work rotation environment.Essential Functions:1. Represent Pinkerton\'s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Respond in a timely manner to requests for intelligence information.
3. Collect and research information to develop intelligence products in support of the operational environment.
4. Review and verify information, intelligence reports, alert notices, crime prevention surveys;
5. Disseminate data to appropriate client staff members.
6. Lead the intelligence team in identifying and assessing global events to determine their impact on the client. Then producing intelligence production to notify the client.
7. Provide direct support for regional security operations, event security, executive protection, retail, intelligence needs.
8. Develop expertise to discern trends and warnings and provide an accurate understanding of present and future threats.
9. Assess and maintain a variety of situational awareness tools to quickly and accurately advise decision makers on possible courses of action.
10. Review and utilize diagnostic tools and technology sources to develop complex data compilations.
11. Identify vendors and technological tools to improve and expedite research.
12. Research, evaluate, integrate, and analyze all-source data in the preparation and presentation of clear, concise, and in-depth intelligence analytical products;
13. Focus on operational threats including research and development, production, delivery systems, doctrine, and capabilities.
14. Provide in-depth research and analysis of the personal protection situations for designated personnel worldwide.
15. Prepare, present, defend positions and provide recommendations at conferences, in working groups, and planning sessions.
16. Engage peer teams to develop impactful projects and workflows.
17. Train and mentor analysts in report production.
18. All other duties, as assigned.Education, Experience, and Certifications:Bachelor\'s degree with three or more years of past performance and formal training in intelligence analysis and tradecraft standards or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
