Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with our curriculum development team to design and develop instructional materials for various courses. \xc2\xb7 Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences. \xc2\xb7 Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to inform course design. \xc2\xb7 Develop course outlines, storyboards, and instructional content based on established learning objectives. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content. \xc2\xb7 Incorporate multimedia elements, interactive components, and assessments into course materials. \xc2\xb7 Review and revise course materials based on feedback from stakeholders and instructional designers. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that course materials comply with accessibility standards and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Meet project deadlines and milestones while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with instructional design software and tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and learning technologies. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. \xc2\xb7 Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and course authoring tools is a plus. \xc2\xb7 This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
