\xe2\x80\x93 Senior Inside Sales Executive
It is an inside sales role carrying target on sales of education solutions and/or retention of customers
Counsel the customers in-person or through telephone & emails
Must carry sales and retention targets
Making out-bound calls on the leads provided by the support team (Marketing, Admin-support, online leads, etc.).
Clean up and generate high quality database of key accounts in India and International markets
Attend to In-bound calls and counsel the customers about Ei & its education solutions
Engage a lead through effective communication with prospects and customers, continuously throughout the customer life cycle
Maintain and update leads by using the existing CRM
Managing customer lifecycle movement right through acquisition stage all the way
Anticipate customer needs, provide them service & constantly seek new ways to create interest in the Ei solutions
Requirements
Critical requirements for the role (Must-Haves):
At least 4-5 years of experience in inside sales of high value products or software
Should have handled elite profile of customers
Must have carried sales or retention targets of high value products
Fluent communication in English with a pleasant personality
Knowledge of education solution sales is desirable but not mandatory
Education and Skills
Excellent communication skills including spoken and written English language
Proficient in use of MS Excel and Google Sheets Education and Skills
Pleasant and outgoing personality
4+ years of relevant experience in counselling / Inside Sales
Graduate/Post-Graduate with sound education background
Organised and methodical in approach to maintaining documentation and reporting
