About the Role: Information Security organization has a new opportunity on the Enterprise Access Management team for an Information Security Analyst 3 to support the daily production for identity & access management services related to provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications and workflow management.This will include problem management, troubleshooting and identification of solutions. . Information Security Analyst with demonstrated knowledge and experience in identity and access management specific to application and platform onboarding processes and proven ability to identify, analyze potential issues, implement security controls in collaboration with appropriate parties to enhance the overall enterprise information security posture. The analyst should be able to work well with teams and also work independently. : Member of a technical team responsible for providing ID and resource management, problem resolution, enforcement of security policies/standards/risk controls, implementation of new solutions and technologies, as well as tier 3 support for systems and applications used by the lines of businesses using OIM Responsible for supporting solutions and processes used to mitigate risk and ensure the security of data Working collaboratively with other members within the Enterprise to continually increase the efficiency of processes and quality of service for our line of business partners Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools Collaborates with multiple teams to support/implement solutions and to do problem troubleshooting Works in a 24/7 environment with team cross different locations/countries Essential Qualifications: L3 production support experience in OIM/TIM/Sailpoint. Fair knowledge of IAM features in a tool 4-6 years of information security applications and systems experience. 4+ years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication using any identity management tools like OIM(preferable)/TIM/Sailpoint Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Technology /Engineering Knowledge of information security concepts. Deep working knowledge of at least one IAM tool/operating system Solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good hands-on experience in Incident Management and production Support Must have worked in production environment attending MIM calls and addressing production issues Strong presentation skills Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems Experience with issue and change management and with associated tracking tools (Remedy, Service Now, etc.) to meet defined SLAs Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Production environment experience using a ticketing and workflow system with proven high volume/high quality Must be flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift Desired Qualifications: . Experience working in a large and complex environment .Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills . Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations .Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members .
