About the Role Cybersecurity (CS) has a new opportunity in the Governance, Risk and Compliance team to work on the Information Security Evaluation Centre of Excellence (ISE COE) team. We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to work with lines of business and technology teams to lead improvements that are required to ensure compliance with industry attestation requirements such as the SWIFT Customer Security Program (CSP), and FedLine Solution Security and Resiliency Assurance Program (SRAP). Responsibilities : Examining and testing security controls, and assessing how business functions engage and interact with technology in order to tailor initiatives to react to technological trends while exceeding IT security measures. Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings Manage the most complex and critical information assets Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks Demonstrate good knowledge and technical skills on multiple information security domains such as - Information classification and handling Encryption Media handling Third Party Security Management Incident Management Change and Vulnerability Management Security in software development Network Security Configuration and Management Access Control Business Continuity Planning Application Architecture and Security Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in IT / Information Security Risk management B.Tech /B.E. in any specialization or Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Systems One or more professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO, CRISC, CCSK Experience reviewing strategies and methodologies, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of Information security frameworks and standards, policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls Experience in working with Control Frameworks of SWIFT and FEDLINE Strong Information Security technical skills and knowledge to identify, research and understand security control gaps and program compliance issues Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative and accountability Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames Desired Qualifications Risk/compliance assessment experience, and technical writing skills Ability to work with complex teams have global experience, specifically US banks Strong knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information Security Frameworks, Standards, and best practices Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills Information security and control testing experience Knowledge of SWIFT and assessment processing We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
