We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching IELTS, with a proven track record of helping students achieve high scores. This role requires a deep understanding of the IELTS test format, strategies for each section, and the ability to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS preparation classes.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to improve students' IELTS scores.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to students.
• Design and update course materials to ensure they reflect current IELTS standards.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular reports.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IELTS testing and incorporate new techniques into teaching.
• Collaborate with other trainers to enhance the overall quality of the training program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 1 - 5 years of experience teaching IELTS.
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring system.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
