Job Description

Job Purpose:

This position is Sr. Designer to be a member of a team of Engineers & support in creating complex models, layouts, drawings, and sketches using SolidWorks for HVAC Industrial Machines.

Key Responsibilities

? To ensure design projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

? Creates models of our current mechanical designs / P&I utilizing SolidWorks.

? Taking a sketched concept and designing a 3D model using SolidWorks

? Work with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and provide solutions to design challenges.

? Provide/Develop Fabrication Documentation

? Maintain Updated Fabrication Documentation

? Work with project managers on designs and estimate time to design and detail project.

? Improve existing customer equipment design.

? Convert the 2D layout to 3D layout & Detailing which includes, pressure vessels with Nozzles, Centrifugal pumps, Chillers, Refrigeration Systems various types of valves

? Confirming the arrives Bill of Material and upload central system.

? Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure that designs are optimized for manufacturability

? Stay up-to-date with new SolidWorks features and techniques, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

? Basic Knowledge about various refrigeration system

? knowledge in sheet metals, fabrication, GD & T ASME Y14.5 and part design.

Qualification

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

? 6-8 Years of experience in the field of Pressure Vessel, Refrigeration, Chillers or equivalent and allied piping and pumping system designing

? Experience in Solid Works is a must along with 2D Auto CAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
