Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Sourcecube Technologies. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR for the organization, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The Senior HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster an engaging and productive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role Expertise in HR policies and procedures Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred
