The team is responsible for upholding the culture at the organization, recruiting talent and ensuring the team at Toybank has enough support and is able to fulfill their roles and responsibilities to the best of their ability. The team is responsible for designing innovative human centred processes, policies, platforms and learning opportunities for the employees at the organization. This team acts as a neutral partner for all teams to seek feedback and resolve escalations with the end outcome to help make Toybank a better place to work. The team will be responsible for employee well being, appraisals and payroll. In addition to this, the team will be responsible for general office management and administration.
