Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Professional to lead our Human resources function and drive business growth through people excellence.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our company\'s overall strategy and goals, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities: * Talent Management: Develop and implement talent Acquisition,, development, and retention strategies to support business growth.

• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention and productivity.
• HR Operations: Oversee HR Operations, including recruitment, on boarding, employee data management, and HR Analytics.
• Learning and Development: Develop and implement training program to enhance employee\'s insurance knowledge and sales skills.
• Compliance: Ensure Compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies.
• Business Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions to support business objectives.
• Change Management: Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives to support business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience, with atleast 5 years in a leadership role in life insurance industry.
• SHRM, PHR or GPHR certification preferred.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Life Insurance industry knowledge, labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
