Job Title: Head of HR Governance
Reports to: Head of People Strategy
Work Location: Kathmandu, Nepal Role Summary: As the HR Governance (COE) Head, you will report directly to the Head of People Strategy and will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR COE function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive talent acquisition, employee experience, learning & development, performance management, governance policy, and analytics initiatives globally. Key Roles Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee global talent acquisition strategies, focusing on acquiring leadership-level talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment approaches to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Employee Experience:
  • Assist in strategizing employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Support in driving employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Develop programs and policies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Learning & Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and create training initiatives to address development needs.
  • Leverage technology and modern learning methods to enhance employee growth.
Performance Management System (PMS):
  • Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, reviews, and succession planning for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure PMS aligns with organizational objectives and drives performance excellence.
Governance Policy:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.
Reports & Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze regular HR reports to track key metrics and trends.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Monitor HR costs and optimize resources to achieve budgetary goals.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 1,800,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per year Benefits:
