The HR Associate Consultant partners with the functional leaders, business stakeholders across offices to ensure seamless operations, facilitation & program management. The role encompasses training program management(25%), facilitation of learning program(25%) & Talent advisor role for our A/AC business group.(50%) The Global Training Delivery Associate reports directly to the Global Training Delivery Lead. Responsibilities: Facilitate learning programs for front line employees of the firm - in-person & virtual Play the role of a Talent advisor for helping employees navigate the ZS ecosystem by guiding them Develop learning content for new programs or revamping existing learning programs.
