Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist (FEMALE) located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing Recruitment, HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and providing support for HR management. Qualifications
- Must be strong in End - End Recruitment (IT & Non IT)
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration
- Ability to develop and maintain HR policies
- Experience in managing employee benefits and resolving employee issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Having Experience in Payroll Management is a extra plus
