Roles and responsibilities: Develop and implement creative employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction. Work closely with managers to implement effective performance management processes. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development. Implement initiatives to support the overall well-being of employees, including wellness programs and health-related activities. Champion and reinforce the company\'s core values, ensuring they are reflected in day-to-day activities and decisions. Identify training needs and design programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support professional growth and development. Drive initiatives to enhance and promote the employer brand. Organize and coordinate team-building events, social activities, and celebrations to promote a positive and inclusive company culture. Handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Serve as an HR point of contact with employees, including assisting with general queries. Manage and promote employees\' professional development. Facilitate communication between managers and employees and resolve employee relations issues. Communicate and interpret company policies and procedures. Handle grievances. Requirements: PG degree in Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Proven experience in employee engagement, employer branding, and training initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
