Position Title: Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary:
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including administration, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, performance management, finance-related HR activities, and compliance. The role is critical in ensuring the company's HR practices align with its strategic goals and comply with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR databases, and systems.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated to all employees.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee perks.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
3. Employee Engagement:
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate company events, recognition programs, and other activities to boost employee morale.
4. Payroll and Compensation:
• Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures, including salary reviews and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
5. Performance Management :
• Implement and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure regular performance reviews and feedback.
• Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
• Identify and address employee training and development needs.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, anti- discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with internal policies and external legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and resolutions of complaints.
7. Finance-Related HR Activities :
• Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the HR budget.
• Oversee HR-related financial activities, including salary budgeting, compensation analysis, and benefits administration.
• Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management to support strategic decision- making.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1.5 years in a senior HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, performance management, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
