About Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and goal-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years or more experience in a generalist HR role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels, managers, and external partners.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, develop solutions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Collaboration:
    Work with management to develop HR solutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Culture Development: Build, maintain, and evolve AllEvents\' culture to make it the best workplace.
  • Employee Well-being: Prioritize and support employee well-being for a healthy work environment.
  • Team Building: Help us build a high-performing team.
  • Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, AI tools, and new technologies.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Design and improve onboarding programs for a positive new hire experience.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate processing of employee data and adherence to labor laws.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment processes and develop a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR data to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Learning & Development: Contribute to training programs to enhance employee skills
