Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans and career development programs.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• HR Policy Development and Compliance:
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
• HR Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits and provide training on health and safety practices.
• HR Projects:
• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
