HR Officer Roles & Responsibilities: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Along with management evaluate the employee monthly performance using KRA. Participate in safety committee meetings and ensure required signage & trainings arranged accordingly. Conduct internal audits periodically with production Head and submit the report to management.
Preparing job descriptions of employees, and managing the employment process.
Conduct induction training new employees & explain the company policies.
Prepare offer letter & Appointment letters to employees.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures wherever required.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Oversee the company vehicle management.
Support for employee accommodation who joins from long distance.
Arrange conference room in the case of customer visits & audits \xe2\x80\x93 Hospitality .
