JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage HR Generalist activities such as employee onboarding, joining formalities, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Oversee HR Operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate HR Shared Services to ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.
Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention within the company.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees with HR-related inquiries.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations as necessary.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
Track training attendance and effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Support the performance review process including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance appraisals.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management issues.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in using various software applications related to HR management (e.g., attendance tracking systems). HRMS (HROne, Zinc HR)
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
