Post: -Sr.HR Executive Experience: - 5 Years TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT and PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions according to companies\' requirement, ranging from sales associates to store managers. SOP -Daily monitoring and enforcement of store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Leave Tracking and Monitoring: Tracking employees\' leave balances, usage, and patterns to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This involves maintaining accurate records of leave taken, monitoring trends in absenteeism, and addressing any excessive or unauthorized absences. Overseeing training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This may include product knowledge training, customer service skills, and sales techniques etc. Employee Engagement and Retention: Developing initiatives to foster employee engagement and improve retention rates. This may include employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and opportunities for career advancement. Conducting regular one-on-one sessions with employees to foster a positive work environment and address any concerns or feedback they may have Performance Management Records: Employees performance evaluations, goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans. These records provide insights into employees\' progress, strengths, areas for improvement, and contributions to the organization. STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION Implement HR Initiatives: Implementing the planned initiatives according to the defined timelines and milestones. This may involve redesigning HR processes, launching new programs or policies, training employees and managers, and integrating new technology solutions. Company Culture & Diversity Company Culture: Clearly define the values, beliefs, and norms that make up the company culture. This can include aspects like teamwork, customer seroice orientation, innovation, etc. Effectively managing both interdepartmental and intradepartmental dynamics, can also foster a cohesive and productive organizational culture. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization through targeted initiatives, policies, and programs that foster a culture of equity and belonging. Solicit feedback from HODs on HR processes and initiatives and continuously improve HR practices based on their input. Effective coordination with HODs ensures that HR activities are closely aligned with departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization Immediate Joiner!
