Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Payroll and Benefits:
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
Accounts Management:
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records related to HR activities.
Monitor and manage HR-related budgets and expenses.
Administration Management:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as documentation, employee records, and data management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Managing Recruitment Team:
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR department.
Employee Happiness:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
Policies and Procedures:
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct Disciplinary Actions:
Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of company policies.
General Management Duties:
Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues.
Contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.
Payroll and Compliances:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skiils:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2+ years in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
