Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Executive to lead our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout .

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR executive or in other HR positions.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Degree in MBA Human Resources

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
