Job description We are looking of a Senior HR Executive for a Manufacturing Company located in DERABASSI ( PUNJAB). is given below:
- Responsible for Manpower planning, recruitment, Selection formalities
- Training & Induction of new employees
- Arrangement of internal/external training to new employees & old employees
- Taking care of all the joining & relieving/ exit formalities.
- Handling Employee Grievances Day to day work.
- Issuing appointment letter and offer letter to New Joining.
- Handling Training & Development (Skill Matrix and Processes)
- Pay Roll Management
- Maintaining time office mgt.
- PF, ESI
- Labour Law and factories act
- Administration and hr statutory compliance
- MIS monthly budget and posting
- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
- total work: 4 years (Required)
