Job Description

• Strategic HR Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Promote career development opportunities within the organization.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee salary administration and ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Manage employee benefits programs and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Update HR policies and procedures as necessary.

Administration

• Office Management:
• Oversee office operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Vendor Management:
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets.
• Monitor and control administrative expenses.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and organized HR and administrative records.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage logistics and provide support for internal and external events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
