• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets.
• Monitor and control administrative expenses.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and organized HR and administrative records.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
