Our HR department is characterized as being dynamic and agile as we work from an improvement and learning mindset. In close collaboration with our HR colleagues in Denmark, we ensure a best-in-class support to an organization of approximately 700 passionate employees working within pharma engineering.
You will work closely together with HR analytics, OD and Learning & Development Consultants to build interventions that support NNE India to ensure effective Talent Capability building & Development.How you might spend your days:
You will have varied workdays in a dynamic environment with broad contact to the organization, both in India and in Denmark. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
Talent Strategy and Planning: Conduct workforce planning and skills gap analysis to forecast and address future talent needs.
Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs, focusing on cultivating high-potential employees for succession planning. Provide executive coaching to senior leaders, enhancing their ability to drive organizational performance.
Learning and Development: Monitor the impact of learning and development initiatives and help the learning team to continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Partner with HR and DEI teams to integrate inclusive practices into talent management processes.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by preparing leaders and teams for transitions. Develop and implement communication and training plans to facilitate adoption.
Data and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights from analytics team to evaluate talent management programs and their impact on organizational performance. Present regular reports on key talent metrics to leadership teams.
Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry and talent trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our programs remain innovative and effective.Who you are:

In-depth knowledge and demonstrated success in designing and executing talent management strategies in complex, dynamic, fast growing organizations
Strong background in leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
Have a proven track-record within stakeholder- and change-management

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
A degree within HR, Business Administration or alike
Minimum 10 years of experience within HR, hereof minimum 5 years of experience within Talent Management
Experience working for an international company
