Job Title: Senior HR Compliance Manager (Infrastructure Industry - Piling and Civil)

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all HR-related compliance matters across the organization's piling and civil construction operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive HR compliance strategies and frameworks.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
- Lead a team of HR compliance specialists to manage employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance investigations.
- Conduct in-depth audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and devise mitigation plans.
- Provide strategic guidance and training to senior management and functional heads on compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance measures.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices, and spearhead the adaptation of the organization's compliance approach.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports, documentation, and records, and liaise with external regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to the development of the organization's overall compliance strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop the HR compliance team to build a strong compliance culture within the organization.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance management, with at least 12+ years in the infrastructure/construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards applicable to the piling and civil construction sector.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance challenges.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory interpretation and application.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR compliance professionals.
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in the field of HR compliance.

Pay: ?271,960.69 - ?618,645.28 per year
