We are looking for an HR Business Partner to leverage a specialized depth of HR knowledge to provide strategic consultation with key stakeholders and leaders, often around areas of significant scope and complexity aligning to the business strategy.
JOB Responsibilities:
• Have a strong sense of commitment to the HR department and the management.
• Analyze complex company strategies and identify Human Capital Opportunities.
• Change management and plan workforce initiatives related to the expansion of the firm.
• Implement and execute HR programs and activities that are usually consistent throughout all supported areas.
JOB Requirements :
• MBA (HR) from a premier institute
• Relevant years of experience in HR role.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
• Proactive & Attentive nature.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• HR Strategy Development & Conduct Performance Analysis.
• Evaluate staffing needs & Oversee recruitment efforts.
• Manage HR funds and engage with department heads.
• Manage staff wellness initiatives and other policies & practices.

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
