Senior HR Business Partner- Group Digital & IT
Volvo Group IT is on its Digital transformation journey and we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners with the Site/Regional/Global HRBP(s) and works with business managers across multiple units within a business, region, function or site to ensure HR deliverables are met.

What will you be doing?

The role is to partner with Business as a strategic HR partner truly influencing and building Digital & IT transformation changes

Anchor HR Processes such as merit reviews, promotional assessments, talent management and action plans resulting from employee feedback.

Partner with business leaders to understand current and future skill and capability needs.

Champion change initiatives, organizational values and culture; Improve organizational leadership and effectiveness

Provide guidance and coaching to business unit management that will enable them to be more successful as they lead their teams

Liase with recruiting team to get the right talent on board for the business unit

Assist with retention strategies for key talent.

Partner with the Talent Management team to deliver talent management practices that attract and develop high-potential, diverse talent for the business unit.

Advise and act on any performance or employee relations issues at a senior level

Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the COE teams

You will also lead and participate in cross-group and company wide assignments

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of solid HR experience with exposure to HR Business partner role

A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership

Ability to work with senior business leaders and stakeholders

Experience of working cross functionally within all specialist HR functions with demonstrated collaboration & teamwork

Must be able to work at all levels of the HR \xe2\x80\x9cstack\xe2\x80\x9d - Strategic, operational, and tactical

Ability to set high personal goals and work independently

An open mindset, ability to challenge the status quo if required and willingness to unlearn, relearn and learn.

Experience working with Global teams and managing cross cultural dimensions will be an added advantage
