This pivotal leadership role is integral to developing and executing a robust content strategy that not only meets the highest standards of quality and relevance but is also deeply aligned with our business objectives. As the Senior Content Curation Team Leader, you will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and implement governance policies that ensure consistency and excellence across our content ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead the sales content curation squad with a focus on functional excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Content Management: Oversee the curation, organization, and management of the Kyndryl Win Coach content library, ensuring all content is current, easily accessible, and strategically aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand content needs, gather feedback, and ensure that content aligns with broader business goals.
• Content Governance: Establish and enforce robust governance processes and standards to maintain the quality, consistency, and compliance of all curated content, ensuring alignment with our overall content strategy.
• Content Performance: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of content curation efforts, driving continuous improvement.
• Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in content curation and knowledge management, integrating insights to enhance our content strategy.
• Innovation: Cultivate a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches to optimize content curation processes and outcomes.
• Strategic Initiatives: lead execution of strategic content curation initiatives that are critical to advancing the organizations business goals, ensuring that these high-impact projects are executed with precision and strategic vision.
• Management System: Develop and manage a comprehensive system to track content curation priorities and progress, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in content curation, content management, or a related field.
• Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot)
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to align content strategies with broader business objectives.
• Solid project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Knowledge Management, Library Science, or a related field.
• A Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
