Key Responsibilities
Contract length: 36 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Expected hours: 50 per week Schedule:
- Design and Production:
- Develop and design visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Create compelling graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and more.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines and convey a consistent brand message.
- Maintain and update brand style guides as necessary.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure that final products meet the company\'s standards and specifications.
- Feedback and Revisions:
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.
- Make necessary changes to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional design experience (internships and freelance work considered).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a bonus.
- Creative Skills:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and techniques.
- Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that are both visually appealing and effective.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
