Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of visual materials for various marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and website visuals.
- Create compelling and innovative designs that align with the company\'s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Project Management:
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Brand Consistency:
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and on-brand design work.
- Mentorship and Leadership:
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.
- Lead by example, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our design practices current and innovative.
- Propose new ideas and strategies to improve the visual impact of our marketing efforts.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve design work before final delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all design outputs to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a design team is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and web design principles is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
