- Create aesthetically pleasing content for print and digital media.
- Create impactful graphics and short-form content tailored for social media.
- Develop and maintain a thorough brand book to ensure uniformity in all promotional materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while upholding high standards of quality.
- Provide professional guidance on design best practices and project-wide efficiencies.
- Closely cooperate with other designers to enhance and innovate our graphic material.
- Utilize a variety of media and graphic design applications to attain desired results.
- Effectively balance multiple projects while adhering to budget and design specifications.
- Create visuals for each project that effectively communicate key messages.
- Adopt suggestions and modifications wherever possible.
- Adhere to brand guidelines.
Required Skills :
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
- Thorough knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, grid systems, typography, print, and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics.
- Proficient time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and receptiveness to feedback.
- Experience with both print and digital media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative ideation, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles is highly advantageous.
- Illustration experience is also a bonus.
Experience and Education :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field.
- Min 5 years of experience in marketing, including internships or entry-level roles.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in video creation and editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in technology and finance is a big plus.
- Agency experience is also a big plus.
