- Good Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Video Editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro etc
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic & video..
- Work with the marketing team to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Be creative and quickly come up with new variations
- Communicate clearly with the team to understand the requirements and the needs of the stakeholder.
- Adhering to the processes /System and Tools defined by the Org
- 2-3 years experience. Its 50% graphic designing+50% video editing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Diploma in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
