The ideal candidate will have significant experience in graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual communication. Candidates with a strong portfolio and extensive experience in the Marketing & Advertising industry will be given preference.Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for advanced photo editing and design tasks.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector-based graphics and illustrations.
• Strong understanding of typography, including font selection and layout, for effective communication of ideas.
• Expertise in color theory to create visually appealing designs that convey the right mood and aesthetics.
• Experience in layout design, ensuring that all visual elements are well-organized and aesthetically pleasing.
• Ability to effectively communicate visual ideas through various forms of media, both digital and print.
• Experience in digital illustration to create original graphics that align with client needs and project goals.
• Proficiency in print design, including understanding of print processes and specifications.

• Develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message and mood.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all media.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to keep our design practice current and cutting-edge.
• Supervise junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow in their roles.
• Ensure all designs meet technical requirements for both digital and print formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that align with client goals and objectives.
