The senior graphic designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.Responsibilities:Leading Design Initiatives for performance marketing, social media and various in app campaigns.Project Ownership, Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.Work closely with marketing andcontent teams to ensure deadlines are met.Good research skills, expertise in Design Strategy and Innovation.Demonstrate his/her expertise in creating high-quality visuals, providing valuable design insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Create good designs, develop creative ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.Mentoring and Review junior designers work to ensure high qualityIndustry Involvement - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.This role requires:Minimum 3 years of experience requiredProven graphic designing experienceA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesPreferable Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
