This position is about visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. The talented individual in this position should take concepts/ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. He/she should have good knowledge of current design software and should be skilled in the design process from concept to final deliverable.
Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to listen to the brief/requirement, understand the goals, conceptualize, ideate and deliver a design that connects. Additionally, having a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and being able to find the right style and layout for every project, is important.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of requirements.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create designs that meet those needs.
• Bring news ideas to the table that push our storytelling further.
• Take on every graphic task with excitement knowing that it is solving a problem.
Requirements:
• Four or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of print and digital samples.
• The design basics:
+ •Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with Figma or equivalent (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).•
+ •Good experience in branding and corporate identity design.•
+ •Strong understanding of the use of color, typography, grid structure and layout.•
• Ability to quickly act on feedback and set clear expectations on delivery of requested assets, with clear communication about any roadblocks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Illustration, video creation is a plus.

Education and Work Experience:
The candidate must have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a graphic designer role with a graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
