that our designs resonate with our target audience.Responsibilities:1. Design Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and

2. Visual Conceptualization: Conceptualize and execute compelling visual content across
various mediums, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, website layouts, and
email campaigns.
3. Brand Stewardship: Uphold brand identity guidelines, ensuring that all design outputs reflect
our brand\'s ethos, values, and visual standards.
4. Collaborative Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project
objectives and requirements, and translate them into visually appealing designs that drive
engagement and conversions.
5. Market Insight: Stay abreast of design trends, industry innovations, and competitor
strategies to inform and enhance our design approach.
6. Project Oversight: Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring
adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
