Position Description As a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer at Team Pumpkin, you play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and delivering innovative solutions across diverse media channels. Your expertise spans digital, print, packaging, environmental/signage, brand guidelines, logos, identities, advertising, motion graphics, video editing, and web design. Serving as the Lead Designer, you provide creative and art direction for various assets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining visual excellence. Your autonomy extends to independently developing concepts, gaining approval for projects, and addressing revisions with Project Managers, all while keeping the Creative Lead informed of project progress. With a keen eye for industry trends, you contribute best practices to uphold Team Pumkin\'s creative quality, collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including writers and production artists. Detailed Responsibilities Independently conceptualize, art direct, and design a spectrum of designs with top quality across all media platforms. Apply art direction across print, web, video, and environmental branding for diverse clients. Proactively create work, ensuring adherence to brand standards, with the latest design trends and industry best practices. Foster constant and accurate communication within the team, designers, writers, production artists, and managers. Provide supervision for other designers when needed and pass on knowledge. Report timelines, issues, and concerns, maintaining open communication with the Creative Lead. Collaborate on developing brand style guides. Seamlessly integrate copy and design into compelling solutions. Supervisory Responsibilities Leverage your experience in sharing knowledge with the Design team and make impactful strategic decisions related to design/ video editing. Skills Required Qualifications: Proficient in conceptualizing ideas and communicating effectively within a team. Strong organizational skills, including effective time management. Independent follow-up ability, with keen attention to detail and monitoring and control capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge across various communication vehicles: Digital, Print, Packaging, Corporate ID, systems-based design, style guides, advertising, catalogs, video, and environmental design. Experience in photoshoot art direction is a plus. Ability to thrive under pressure. Proficient in presentation development and delivery to senior executives. Languages Proficiency in English. Experience 8+ years of hands-on design experience. Proven experience in Advertising agencies. Essential experience in Design and editing software. Knowledge of AI design tools is a plus. (MidJourney, Dall E, etc) Education Degree from an accredited undergraduate design or fine arts program. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Pro-Create, FCP, Flash, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or other motion graphics/ video editing software.
