: Graphic Designer and Video Creator Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer and Video Creator with a minimum of three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design and video production, as well as a solid understanding of utilizing AI tools to enhance visual content. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually stunning graphics, animations, and videos that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Key Responsibilities: A. Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing and compelling graphics for various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and more. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate concepts and ideas into visually impactful designs. Create custom illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to convey complex information effectively. B.Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. Combine footage, graphics, and audio to produce engaging and informative video content. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video production techniques to enhance video quality and storytelling. C. AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of graphics and videos. Explore innovative ways to incorporate AI-driven elements such as animations, effects, and interactive features into multimedia content. D. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions that align with business goals. E. Project Management: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Follow established workflows and processes while suggesting improvements for greater efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and video production. Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video projects. Familiarity with AI tools and applications in design and video creation. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with an eye for detail and design aesthetics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively. Note- Candidates with marketing and advertisement field experience will be preferred.
