Key Responsibilities:l Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements.l Conceptualize and create original designs, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website assets, and more.l Develop visual identities, logos, and branding elements that reflect the organization's values and resonate with the target audience.l Incorporate typography, color theory, and composition principles to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages.l Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to execute design projects efficiently.l Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.l Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to integrate visual and written content seamlessly.l Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance skills and creative output.l Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.l Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and provide constructive feedback to peers.Qualifications:l Bachelor's degree in Fine Art.l Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects in Behancel Experience in Agency.l Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb915,606.16 - \xe2\x82\xb950,931.25 per monthBenefits:
