We are a full-stack D2Cresidential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financingsolar systems for home-owners across India.Through our innovations and customer service we are raising the bar of the industryand became India's fastest growing residential solar brand in 2 years.What you will doResponsibilities:- Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as website graphics, blogresources and videos, newspaper ads, social media creatives, illustrations, layouts,infographics and presentations to create a strong visual identity for the company andits products.- Establish and maintain company design branding and guidelines, meet and exceeddefined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.- Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images,and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providingcreative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.- Expertise creating video content and delightful motion graphics.- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs throughout the development process,refining and improving visuals as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or relateddiscipline)- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint.- Strong visual design capability- 3+ years of relevant experience- Preferable knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skillsWhat we have to offerxe2x97x8f Joining the leadership team; having a high level of work independence,autonomy and empowerment to lead company-wide changes.xe2x97x8f Being part of a start-up from an early stage, lead your area of expertise andbe a part of this exciting growth journey of changing the renewable energylandscape.xe2x97x8f Excellent platform for learning how to build teams, achieve goals and handlehigh growth situations.
